Become Reseller in the United States/Canada
Setting up a Lifeboat reseller account is very simple; we do not require you to pay any fees, or to meet any minimums for orders.

Our preference is for our reseller partners to fill out a Credit Application to be considered for NET 30 terms with Lifeboat Distribution.

To get started:

1. Download, complete and SIGN our Reseller Application and Credit Application
   • By signing our agreement, you agree to our Terms and Conditions
2. Mail, fax or scan and e-mail the applications along with your reseller certification to Lifeboat (contact details can be found below and on the applications)
3. A Lifeboat account representative will contact you to set you up in our system.

Become an International Reseller (outside the United States/Canada)
Setting up a Lifeboat international reseller account is very simple; we do not require you to pay any fees, or to meet any minimums for orders.

Simply follow the steps below to get started:

1. Download, fill out and SIGN our Reseller Application and Credit Application.
   • By signing our agreement, you agree to our Terms and Conditions
   • You must provide your reseller TAX ID or VAT number, that is applicable to your country, and proof that you are an authorized reseller in your country
2. Review our payment policies and ordering information
3. To obtain a quote for the first time, please send your request along with your reseller agreement and e-mail it to Lifeboat at sales@lifeboatdistribution.com
   • Subsequent quote requests may be sent directly to your assigned account manager.
   • Note: Until you are approved for credit, we will process your initial orders on credit card or with pre-payment.
